Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer return and exchanges under the following terms:
Reasons for Return/Exchange:
- Size issue
- Defective product received
- Wrong product received
Return/Exchange Eligibility:
- Return/Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and should retain all original tags.
How to Initiate an Return/Exchange:
- To raise an return/exchange request, please visit the following link: awadhikala.com/apps/return_prime
- You can choose to exchange your item for a different size or different style.
- Alternatively, you can choose to return the items and get store credits in return which can be used for your future purchases.
Return/Exchange Process:
- Once your return/exchange request is approved, the item will be picked up from your address within 2-3 days.
- In case of exchange, the new item will be dispatched only after we receive the exchanged item.
- Please note: Each item is eligible for exchange only once.
- In case of returns, store credit will be issued only after we receive the returned item.
Additional Information:
- We only offer refunds through store credits currently. You can use them for your future purchases using payment option "Pay via store credit".
