• After approval, customers must ship the parcel following the instructions received via email.
• The customer is responsible for paying the courier charges.
• Sale products and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Policy:

• Returns are only accepted in the case of a defect in the product.
• Customers should email awadhikala@gmail.com with their Name, Order ID, Mobile Number, and clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
• After approval, customers must ship the parcel following the instructions received via email.
• Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection.
• If the product passes inspection, a refund will be issued in the form of credit in the customer's account for future purchases.
• An additional coupon worth Rs 100 will be provided to cover the customer's courier charges.
• An item is eligible for a return or exchange request only once.
